We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not satisfied with your print for any reason, you may return it under the following conditions:

1. Return Period

1.1. You may return your purchase within 14 days from the date of delivery.

2. Eligibility for Returns

2.1. To be eligible for a return, your print must be in its original condition, including all original packaging and tags. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item (unless due to manufacturing defect). Shipping costs paid on original purchase are non-refundable. For international orders, duties & taxes are non-refundable in all situations.

Do not return any items without first contacting us and receiving instructions to do so.

2.2. We cannot accept returns for customized or personalized items unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

3. Return Process

3.1. To initiate a return, please contact us at info@balazsfodor.com with your order number and a brief description of the reason for the return.

3.2. Once your return is approved, we will provide you with a return authorization and shipping instructions.

3.3. Please securely package the item, including all original packaging, and ship it back to the address provided.

4. Refunds

4.1. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 2 business days.

4.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

4.3. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defective or damaged item.

5. Damaged or Defective Items

5.1. If your underwater print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@balazsfodor.com with a description of the issue and any relevant photographs.

5.2. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as applicable, for damaged or defective items.

6. Exchanges

6.1. We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to replace an item, please follow the return process, and then place a new order for the desired item.

7. Return Shipping Costs

7.1. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to a defective or damaged item.
