We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you receive a damaged or defective print, we will work with you to make things right. Please review the following return policy:

1. Eligibility for Returns

1.1. We only accept returns in cases where the item is damaged or defective upon arrival. If your print arrives in such condition, please contact us immediately for assistance.

1.2. Customized or personalized items are not eligible for return, unless they are defective or damaged upon arrival.

1.3. To be eligible for a return, the print must be in its original condition, including all original packaging. We cannot accept returns if the item has been used or altered in any way.

2. Return Process

2.1. If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at info@balazsfodor.com with your order number and photographs of the damage or defect.

2.2. Once we receive your return request and verify the issue, we will provide instructions for returning the item. Please do not return any items without prior approval.

2.3. Securely package the print with all original packaging and ship it back to the address we provide.

3. Refunds

3.1. Upon receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will process your refund within 2 business days.

3.2. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

3.3. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable, except in cases where the return is due to a defective or damaged item.

4. Damaged or Defective Items

4.1. If your print arrives damaged or defective, please contact us immediately at info@balazsfodor.com. Include a description of the issue and any relevant photographs to help us resolve the matter quickly.

4.2. We will arrange for a replacement or refund, as applicable, for damaged or defective items.

5. Exchanges

5.1. We do not offer exchanges at this time. If you wish to replace an item, please follow the return process and then place a new order for the desired print.

6. Return Shipping Costs

6.1. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping, except in cases where the return is due to a defective or damaged item.
